月の裏側には、誰も知らない“夢の海”がある。
On the far side of the Moon lies a sea no one knows?
そこは音もなく、光も届かず、
a Sea of Dreams, where no sound echoes, no light reaches.
ただ静かに、忘れられた夢たちが漂っている。
Only the forgotten dreams drift quietly in its depths.
ある夜、しずくは流星のしっぽに乗って、
One night, Drip rode the tail of a shooting star
その海へとぽちゃんと降り立った。💧 🌠
and gently plopped into that sea. 💧 🌠
「ここが…夢の海…？」
“So this is... the Sea of Dreams?”
しずくの声は、すぐに泡になって消えた。
Drip’s voice turned into bubbles and vanished.
でも、心の奥に響く音があった。
But deep within, a sound echoed?
それは、遠くから聞こえる、低くて優しい歌声。
a low, gentle song from far away.
しずくが音の方へ進むと、
Drip followed the sound, and there, drifting in the silence, was?
そこにいたのは――
a being unlike any other?
🌃 夢を食べるクジラ・ユメクジラ
🌃 The Dream-Eating Whale, Yume-Kujira
体は星のように輝き、
Its body shimmered like the stars,
目は閉じたまま、静かに漂っている。
its eyes closed as it floated in peace.
その口元からは、夢のかけらがふわふわと漏れていた。
From its mouth, fragments of dreams drifted softly into the sea.
「あなたは…夢を食べるの？」としずくが尋ねると、
“Do you... eat dreams?” Drip asked.
ユメクジラは、ゆっくりと目を開けて言った。
The whale slowly opened its eyes and replied:
「そう。忘れられた夢を、
“Yes. I gently swallow forgotten dreams,
そっと飲み込んで、
and return them to someone’s night once more.”
また誰かの夜に返すんだ。」
しずくは、そっと自分の中の夢を思い出した。
Drip quietly remembered the dreams within:
まだ見ぬ花の星、泡でできた図書館、
a star of unseen flowers, a library made of bubbles,
そして、瑞穂さんと歩いた泡の舞台―― 🌸🎭
and the stage of dreams shared with Mizuho. 🌸🎭
「この夢は、まだ忘れたくないの」
“I don’t want to forget this one.”
そう言うと、ユメクジラは微笑んで、
Drip whispered. The whale smiled,
しずくの胸に、ひとしずくの光を返してくれた
and returned a single glowing drop to Drip’s heart.
「夢は、忘れられても、消えはしない。
“Even forgotten dreams never truly disappear.
誰かがまた、思い出してくれるから。」
Someone, somewhere, will remember them again.”
そして、しずくは再び流星に乗って、
And so, Drip rode the shooting star once more,
夢の海をあとにした。
leaving the Sea of Dreams behind.
その背中には、ユメクジラの歌が、
On Drip’s back, the whale’s song
静かに、やさしく、響いていた。
echoed softly, gently, through the silence.
